Gender Bias Calculator - for Letters of reference

I haven't tried this yet but it looks interesting. You paste in the letter of reference and it counts the number of words normally associated with male and female letters of reference. I will give it a try on some letters I have written in the past. http://www.tomforth.co.uk/genderbias/
