Randomized Controlled study of the effects of gender bias workshop

  • This study was done at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
  • Looked at the difference in several attitude measurements both before and after a 2.5 hour workshop on gender bias.
  • Measurements were done
  • The workshop included techniques to intentionally change habits. I thought this aspect of the training was important.
  • I think the approach taken in the workshop was important and might give a starting point for similar workshops at the U of R
I added this reference to our list.
